It's a shame that the number of accidents and injuries that occur at Theme parks everyday are going unreported. These theme parks make millions of dollars on families and their children. The idea for them not to be able to want to comply with state law in repairing these conditions is a travesty. I was very upset! No changes have been made with regards to a safety net that probably cost a few hundred bucks, which does not sit well with me, not just as a safety lawwyer, but as a concerned parent and childrens' advocate. Why does it have to take so many deaths or accidents to ensure the safety of our kids. Themeparks generate millions of dollars at the expense of innocent lives. How many dollars are directed at making these places safer for their paying guests.

I hope the directors are held accountable for not following the law. More must be done.... That is why I do what I do. Articles like these only fuel my desire to do more for helpless victims who have no idea of the dangers that lay beside them. Lives cannot be the cost of doing business. Come on Parents, stand with me and let me here your thoughts.
